Our culture does not give room for a man as a victim

Maybe the feminists in us will laugh at the claim that violence knows no gender, but this is also one of the truths that we often ignore.

Starting with the very fact that men also have emotions, they can be humiliated, disappointed and insulted, thus also those who suffer violence.

Violence in childhood and adolescence, a male person can suffer in the family, among peers and on the Internet, but also by other adults - let's not forget sexual violence as a frequent occurrence of violence against boys.
In adulthood, family violence and violence by society are not excluded, the possibility of mobbing and partner violence is added.

Men need more time to realize that they are victims of violence, even when they admit it to themselves, they will not admit it to the environment, because they may experience additional humiliation.

There is another solution, and when you think you just need to be brave, anger and rage can still overcome you and worsen your mental state.
